Beautifully designed hotel located in a quiet area near many pubs as well as the park and ride into Cambridge. Great food, tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished room with sweets, toiletries, biscuits. Quiet location to St Ives Lakes Fishery. Real good overall experience:)))

We enjoyed a lovely New Year's stay at this guest house. The owner was very welcoming and gave us great advice on how to travel to nearby attractions. The room we stayed in was clean and well-presented, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The location of the guest house was also convenient, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area.
We were disappointed when we returned to our room on the second night and found it freezing cold, with no way to heat it up. Despite trying to contact the owner, we couldn't reach them for assistance.

The hotel was well equipped and tastefully decorated, creating a charming and cozy atmosphere. The staff, especially Fran, were lovely and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the linen of high quality. The breakfast served in the delightful dining area was excellent, with a variety of fresh, local produce that set us up for the day.
The room was warm and required the windows to be open, resulting in some noise from the main road outside. However, this did not detract too much from the overall experience.

Really good experience there. Nicely decorated accommodation with perfect setting close enough to a great beer garden, ride into Cambridge and Cambridge. A huge variety of options for breakfast in the garden.

We had a great stay at this cozy guesthouse situated in a charming village. The location is perfect for a stopover on our journey from West Yorkshire to Sudbury. We were delighted to find a good pub and restaurant adjacent to the guesthouse, making it convenient for a meal or drink. The room was clean and well-presented, with a comfortable bed ensuring a good night's sleep. The friendly staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of choices.
There were some roadworks in the area, which made it a bit challenging to find the guesthouse at first.
