Beautifully designed hotel located in a quiet area near many pubs as well as the park and ride into Cambridge. Great food, tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished room with sweets, toiletries, biscuits. Quiet location to St Ives Lakes Fishery. Real good overall experience:)))

We enjoyed a lovely New Year's stay at this guest house. The owner was very welcoming and gave us great advice on how to travel to nearby attractions. The room we stayed in was clean and well-presented, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The location of the guest house was also convenient, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area.

We were disappointed when we returned to our room on the second night and found it freezing cold, with no way to heat it up. Despite trying to contact the owner, we couldn't reach them for assistance.

The staff here was very accommodating and the hotel area was tidy, plus the host was lovely and we had free Wi-Fi.

The location was peaceful and ideal - adjacent to restaurants and pubs. A good choice of outstanding food for meals.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and the linen of high quality. The breakfast served in the delightful dining area was excellent, with a variety of fresh, local produce that set us up for the day.

The room was warm and required the windows to be open, resulting in some noise from the main road outside. However, this did not detract too much from the overall experience.

what a fantastic B&B! surpassed my previous stay in fenstanton. beautiful decor, comfy bed, and amazing breakfast. the staff was super friendly and the little extra touches like free netflix and snacks in the room were awesome. will definitely stay here again.

The place was fairly clean with a very amiable staff. Well-equipped room and a comfortable bed. Flat-screen TV, ironing facilities and a study table available. Free parking on the street provided. Everything great. The hotel of choice in Fenstanton.

There were some roadworks in the area, which made it a bit challenging to find the guesthouse at first.

Traffic noise could be an issue, especially for rooms facing the road.
